Kennedy, Robert Leslie “Les” – Passed away peacefully with his family at Grand Falls Hospital, Newfoundland on Saturday August 9, 2014 in his 88th year. Dearly beloved husband of Alice (nee Baker) of 63 years. Loving father of David, Renee Livingston (Bob). Beloved “Pop” to Cheryl Gordon (Adam), Heather Wright (Mike), Kristin Montag (Kevin), Joshua Livingston (Alii) and Matthew Livingston (Ashley). Great grandpa of Hannah and Davis Gordon, and Olivia Montag. Predeceased by siblings Susie Ralph (Raymond), Samuel (Alma), Malcolm (Lillian), Lewis (Audrey), and Daisy. Les will be remembered for his faithfulness to family and friends and for his generosity. Visitation will be held at the Courtice Funeral Chapel (1587 Highway #2, Courtice ON, 905-432-8484) on Thursday August 14, 2014 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A Funeral Service will be held at Trinity Pentecostal Church (900 King St E, Oshawa, ON L1H 1H2 905-433-1983) on Friday August 15, 2014 at 1pm. Interment to follow at Mt. Lawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations to Trinity Pentecostal Church Missions would be gratefully acknowledged.
