Pat, I was so saddened to hear that Nancy had passed away.  She fought such a valiant fight with you, you family and the medical staff all giving her all the support possible. Sometimes, when all the knowledge and love we have on earth is not enough, and the pain and struggle becomes too much, then God sends His healing hand to end the suffering. 
I am sorry that I am not with you  but I have a cold and cough but my thoughts and prayers are there for you.

Nancy encompassed the word love. She had the soul of an angel and the spirit of a warrior. Her commitment and passion for life, and her love of her soulmate Pat, her children, and family were both touching and awe inspiring. Nancy was an inspiration in the way she lived her life and so bravely faced her death. No matter how she was suffering she soldiered on without complaint usually with a smile on her face. I know how strong her faith was and have no doubt that she is with her Lord. Pat and Nancy truly shared a love story. I feel privileged to have known Nancy. God bless.
