WHITE, Muriel (neé Parsons), July 20, 1928 - July 27, 2016 - Born in Wabana, Bell Island, Newfoundland and formerly resided in Brampton, Bowmanville and Oshawa, Ontario and passed away peacefully at Wynfield Long-Term Care Residence in Oshawa. Survived by her husband Oliver, children Scott (Linda), Noel and Brenda (Barry Hyde).
Fondly remembered by grandchildren Jason, Trevor, Lindsey, Ashley, Erin and Allison and great grandchildren Austin and Ella. Muriel was a registered nurse for many years on Bell Island in Newfoundland and in Brampton, Ontario.
Visitation will be held at COURTICE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1587 Hwy #2, Courtice on Saturday July 30, 2016 at 10 a.m. A Funeral Service and a Reception will follow at 11 a.m. Donations in memory of Muriel may be made to the Arthritis Society or the Alzheimer’s Society.
