Passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side at the Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Friday, October 13th 2017 at the age of 48 years. Beloved husband of Tina (nee Pritchard). Loving father of Grayden and Nolan. Dear brother of Jeff and his wife Shona. Uncle of Colin, Carson, and Julia. Loving son of the late Thomas and Diane Eades. Will be missed by his aunt and uncle Margaret and Irv Horton and cousins Cynthia (Cam), Catharine (Michael), Brock (Holly) and his step – mother Patricia Eades. Visitation will be held at COURTICE FUNERAL CHAPEL 1587 Highway #2, Courtice (905-432-8484) on Friday, October 20th, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Saturday from 2:00 pm until time of Celebration of Life service in the chapel at 3:00 pm.
