Quietly passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2012 at his residence with his wife at his side at the age of 80.
He was predeceased by his parents Frank and Andree, brothers Frank and Roger and daughter-in-law, Donna.
Left to mourn are, his wife, Helen of 53 years, son Louis, grandchildren, Mitchell and Stephanie, sisters, Marie, Helen and Yvonne, brothers, Raymond, Marcel and Paul and numerous nieces and nephews.
Louis was born on May 6, 1931 in Mazenod, Saskatchewan and has been a resident of B.C. for over 55 years.
