Joanne von Bodungen

Survived by her children Haidee (Mike), Kathrine, Bruce (Debbie) and Kirk. Ten grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Siblings George (Hazel), Johnny (Kathy), Jimmy (Barb), Carol, Ronnie (Barb) and their children.

What mom loved in life was being a mother, grandmother, wife and friend. She loved to travel, garden, dance and collect miscellaneous knickknacks such as Hummingbirds and frogs. Mom use to sing in the old theater in Cumberland in her youth. She owned and ran a fishing resort in Campbell River and she loved her miniature pinscher dogs also her little dog Sunshine.

Mom is reunited with her mother Mae, husband Richard, son Ralph, sister Nancy and her two brothers Richard and David.

A celebration of life will be held at the Cumberland Masonic Lodge on November 10th from 1-4pm. Coffee and food will be provided.
