Don is predeceased by his parents, James Edward and Sarah Anne, his Brothers, Kenneth , William (Bill), James (Jimbo) and his Beloved Daughter Tracy Lynne Robson Ehman.
Survived by his loving wife Jeanine, son Stephen and step -children Catherine and Keith Cameron. Seven Grandchildren Michelle, Erin, Daniel, Michael , Richard , Carly and Chloe as well as Twelve Great Grandchildren, Jeffery, Kennedy, Bailie, Coralee, Kolby, Charlie, Jayla, Riley, Jaiden, Kendrick, Jax and Robert.
A Soccer star in Vancouver from a very young age he retired from playing the game at 33 years of age when he was transferred to Victoria with Canadian Canners (Aylmer Food Products). He continued to indulge his love of the game by following MLS, Premier League and Bundasliga. He got to see the Whitecaps Alphonso Davies play at Canada Place to Celebrate his 84th Birthday a definite highlight.
Don loved to Cruise anywhere, spend Winters in Hawaii or Arizona and play golf anywhere he could and he did, also loved to teach the game particularly to Family.
Celebration of Don’s Life will take place November 6, 2022 at 1 PM. Piercy’s Mt. Washington Funeral Home, 440 England Ave., Courtenay, B.C.
