Glenda May Anderson, age 87, of Aliso Viejo, California passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2024.

Glenda M. Anderson passed away peacefully, at home, February 18, 2024, in Aliso Viejo, California from hepatocellular carcinoma. Her daughters were by her side. She was born August 2, 1936, in Nome, ND to Clara and Martin Anderson. Baptized into the Lutheran faith as an infant and confirmed; she remained a devout Lutheran. She was raised by her aunt and uncle, Lydia, and Leonard Anderson. After graduating from Enderlin High School in 1954, she worked in the school office until her marriage to Ove Anderson of Englevale, ND on March 9, 1956, in Enderlin, ND.

She is survived by daughters, Ramona Wendt (nee Anderson); Merri Lynn Anderson; Camille Anderson; and one grandson, Jonathan Wendt; sister, Eloise Stram of Minnesota; and half-sister, Darlene Hartson of North Dakota; and half-brothers, Bruce; and Lynn Slater of Oklahoma; sister-in-law, Betty Anderson of Hanska, Minnesota; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; her brother, Merrill; half-sister, Marlene Hermanson; brother-in-law, Lyle Stram; and stepsister, Esther Fraase.

Viewing/Visitation will be on Sunday, March 3rd from 5pm-9pm at Harbor Lawn-Mt. Olive Memorial Park & Mortuary in Costa Mesa. She will be buried at Riverside National Cemetery.
