Gina was born at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City to Michael D. and Susan K. Ciavolino.
Gina is survived by her beloved husband Josh, sons Rachmiel and Michael, Rachmiel's wife Katie, and Gina's sister Laura. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, and her brother Marco.
Gina had a degree in Music Therapy from Montclair State University and was an accomplished singer.
