Từ lúc nghe tin em Tuyết Anh mất đến hôm nay, tất cả anh chị và các cháu đều rất đau lòng và theo dõi hình ảnh trên trang web, vào trang mạng gửi chia buồn thư và hình không gửi đến được hoặc có nhưng bị lỗi chữ và không thấy đủ các tin từ VN gửi. Có thể do lỗi mạng ở VN.

Hôm nay, sau khi xem tiếp những hình ảnh cuối cùng của em Tuyết Anh trong tang lễ, chị Hai và các cháu đều thương tiếc vô cùng trước sự ra đi của em Tuyết Anh - một người em, một người dì rất dễ thương, xinh xắn hiền lành, sống lạc quan chịu thương chịu khó. Đây là một mất mát to lớn đối với gia đình Dì Dượng Sáu và các em cũng như của đại gia đình mình. 

Chị Hai thay mặt các anh chị ở Việt Nam cũng như toàn thể các cháu vô cùng đau lòng và chia sẻ với các em trước sự mất mát to lớn này. Và tất cả những kỷ niệm thân yêu về em Tuyết Anh sẽ mãi mãi đọng lại trong lòng của mọi người!Và cầu mong cho em Tuyết Anh sẽ thanh thản về cõi Phật!

Dear Chi Dao:

We are so very sorry to hear about the loss of Chi Tuyet Anh.  I saw the Facebook posting of Thi (Kathy) about Chi Tuyet Anh but was at first shocked and disbelieved and then I had asked Anh Nhut on Friday night.  He did not know about it but did talk to Chi Mai Anh on Saturday and told us about the passing of Chi Tuyet Anh because she had breast cancer.  It is unbelievable to us because we just saw all of you all in November 2011, and Chi Tuyet Anh was healthy looking to us.  But she did talk to my mom and said that it was somewhat stressful for her with the passing of your mother.  I think that grief can create so much stress on the person more than we know.  I remember that my mother was grieving over the loss of my grandmother for 3-4 years and was always wearing black and it took her a long time to get out of that depression.

We want to call to share our condolences but thought that it was best to wait a couple of days because things could be hectic with all of the family members coming from out of town and planning for the funeral service.

Can you please tell us the name of the Buddhist temple in which you are planning the service for Chi Tuyet Anh and how can we send our request/donation for the "cau sieu" service for Chi Tuyet Anh?  I am not sure what is the diplomatic way to ask. My mother said that the 49 days are critical and the more "cau sieu" there are will be better for the soul to help with the transition.

My mother did have a dream about Ba Co Nam and your father about 2 days before the passing of Chi Tuyet Anh but thought that it was because she was doing her Buddhist chants every night for all of the souls of the family members.

“Hi Dung,

Thank you for sending this. It is really amazing when you see it from that perspective and makes me feel hugely excited inside! I will miss Ann so much. I am so happy that I was able to see her before she made her transition. I was able to tell her how I felt about her, things she probably already knew, but it felt good to say them to her anyway and recognize that she felt the same. She looked so good even at the end - I know what you mean about her eyes. She always had that childlike look to them though - I think you have it as well. Once when I was at the airport, I saw an older monk who had those eyes, like Dalai Lama eyes. Over the years, I had so many "counseling sessions" with her, when she would work on me, and in that mode, she was very powerful, and yet, still had a childlike innocence that you could see in the depth of her eyes. She had such a deep understanding of things, even though it wasn't always easy for her to fully explain. She was an extremely wise person. 
I don't know if everyone will understand your perspective and how you make sense of things, but I get it. I think I have a similar perspective - how could I not, I have gone to the Ann, Brenda and Dung "spiritual school" for so long now. I have probably told you several times before that, years ago, when I was looking for a massage place online, the only place that showed up in my search was The Healing Touch. It doesn't make sense, because there are so many, but on that day when I searched, The Healing Touch is the only place that showed up. When I called for the first time, Ann picked up the phone and I only had sessions with her for probably the first year, at least. She set the foundation for me, and then when I was ready, I moved on to sessions with you. I don't think that any of that was an accident, and it is probably the most significant thing that has happened to me in my life. I have learned so much, so much about our place here in life and in our existence before, after and all around. And for me, it started with Ann. Ann offered us all so much while she was here, and in her passing, has confirmed so much for me. She wasn't scared, she wasn't desperate to hold on - rather, she was at peace, and I think she was there in the hospital for us, holding on just long enough so that we could understand, process the emotions and see more clearly what it was all about. Again, her physical sacrifice in the end was just another gift from Ann to us.
I am glad that she is going to the land of the Happy Buddha. I know that her smile and cheerful laugh will fit right in there! I also hope that she visits us from time to time and that I do not become blind to the connection that exists with her. She has taught me a lot and I owe much to her.

Wonderful moments in Tuyet Anh’s final days.

A few words from a friend, lover, life partner and eternal soul mate of Tuyet Ann.


As you all may already know, Tuyet Anh (Ann) made her transition into non-physical on the Thursday morning of October 9, 2014 at 3am after she was admitted into the ICU-1 room of the Saddleback Memorial Hospital in Laguna Hills a week ago. When the hospital first presented to Ann their test results which showed that she only had a very short time to live, they asked Ann and her family to choose a date when Ann would be ready to let go of her life, to make her physical transition into the spiritual world more peaceful and less suffering in the end. Ann chose to live till Thursday to allow the last of her family members to see her before her final departure.

Ann was fully conscious when she awoke for the first five days in the ICU, talking and interacting happily with relatives and friends who came to visit her. She was at ease and at peace through out the whole time without the help of pain suppressing medicines. She showed neither fears nor concerns with the inevitable outcome from her existing conditions, and she spent time peacefully comforting others who came to visit her instead. She then went into a quiet resting state in the last two days of her life where she remained in that state to the last minute. I was very sure that she could hear and was listening to all who came to visit and talk to her even during such time. Ann basically was conserving her life energy in that state to wait for all of her folks to arrive from Switzerland. Despite the opinions and expectations from the hospital support staffs that she would not last beyond the sixth night, she made it through to the seventh night and that allowed the rest of her family to see and talk to her before her end time while she was still alive. Ann then made her ascending transition back into the spiritual world quietly and peacefully with no sufferings while in her tranquil rest. 

In the first few days when Ann was in the ICU, she was fully awake and talked to most people who came and visited her. Physically, Ann looked amazingly better than ever. Her skin tone and facial complexity looked so good, and that amazed everyone who came to visit her. She looked very healthy and very normal to everyone's eyes, and certainly not in any way resembled a person with cancer or any kind of dreadful diseases that often ravaged and degraded the physical body into a much poorer state in appearance. Her smile was full, natural and she looked so beautiful. Her voice was clear, relax, peaceful, sweet and soft, reflecting the extreme clarity in her mind at the moment. Her eyes were so clear and so sparkle that showed no bottoms when you looked directly into them. They looked so bright and shiny as if beams of light was emitting from them. Her eyes looked just so amazingly such that everyone who saw her all commented on that. You only see eyes like those on babies and very young kids. Through out my entire life, I only saw eyes like those on a few adults with true and significant spiritual achievements, and Ann was right up there at that level with them. She had worked very hard to purge a life time worth of karma in the last six months before leaving this world, and she achieved that goals, although unknowingly so to her conscious mind at the time, just a few days before we admitted her into the emergency room.

I felt very blessed to be able to know Ann and have the opportunity to spend the past 25 wonderful years together with her under her passionate love and meticulous cares. I also felt equally blessed to be there at the right time to witness the whole proceeding of Ann’s transitioning into non-physical from the beginning to the end. 

For a few days before the last moment, I could sense a wide and round column of very strong, warm, high-vibrational energy surrounding her upper trunk in the shape of a cylindrical column coming down from above her head. This large column of energy felt as if it was actually made up from a collection of a number of smaller columns of energy arranged in a circular pattern around and on the outer perimeter of Ann’s body. My best guess was that this was the main supporting spiritual force that helped keep Ann’s soul anchored into her physical body, to sustain the life of her gradually weakening physical body while Ann was waiting for her folks to arrive from Switzerland during the last few days of her life. The radiating intensity of this supporting column of energy seemed to increase toward the end time as more energy was needed to sustain her slowly shutting down body. 

In the middle of the night on Thursday, an emergency alert call from the hospital came in at around 2:30am stated that Ann’s heart rates started to fall below the minimum settings. It took us about fifteen minutes to get to the hospital; and by that time, Ann’s heart already stopped, may be just five minutes or so after the call according to the nurses. Obviously, Ann chose to leave exactly at the moment when almost no ones were around to reduce the traumatic and emotional shocks to all whom she loved dearly. By the time we arrived, all of the life support equipments were unhooked and removed from Ann’s body. I sat in the chair against the wall quietly waiting for the rest of her folks to show up. I closed my eyes, clear my emotions and focused my mind to look inward calmingly, and waited to see what would happen next. Almost everyone showed up within ten to fifteen minutes after that. As I was sitting there, I noticed that I no longer felt the same intensity of the support energy column around Ann’s body as I did earlier. It changed to something softer and gentler, and now I could feel Ann’s own energy more clearly inside her body at that point. Even though the heart already stopped for at least twenty minutes or so, the warm feeling of Ann’s soul, her true spiritual and eternal-living life-force energy in her body, was still residing and gathering completely inside her upper trunk and head. After everyone arrived, this energy began to shift and move upward gradually, and started to leave Ann’s body through the top of her head, little by little. The whole process took place and completed within a minute or so.

As soon as Ann's spiritual energy completely left her physical body to fully transition her from this physical realm back into the eternal non-physical spiritual world, her true “spiritual body" emerged and appeared in the spiritual realm fully and immediately rose up and suspended in mid-air, in the shape of a clear crystal sphere with short rays of glowing and sparkling transparent bright white lights emitted outward in all directions, like that of a round crystal ball reflecting back all the lights that it received. Ann appeared in the center of all the spirits who came to greet and support her like a transparent sphere floated above a large and concave round plate of pure white light in that moment. The whole picture was the equivalence of looking toward Las Vegas from a very far distance at night with the full moon hang directly over it. It also resembled a flower with wide opened petals and Ann resided high above the center of all the spiritual focus and attention. Then a huge and intensely bright beam of white light from the far horizontal line shined upon the whole spiritual group to guide them all to Ann’s new destination. The light was so bright and powerful that it lit up and blinded my inner vision and washed out most of the details of the spiritual group at this gathering for a moment. The whole spiritual support group then hovered and gathered around Ann’s spirit, and proceeded to lead Ann to her new “home.” There was no visible movements as I was viewing all this from a very far distance in my mind, but the brightly lit image of the whole group became smaller and dimmer until they all disappeared in the far horizon. The whole scenery in my mind’s eyes gradually became darker and then empty again with no further specific details. 

The Pure land of the Buddha that Ann was going to belonged to Di Lac Phat, one of the three very well known Buddha in our world, known in English as the Buddha of Joy and Happiness. The whole proceed and ceremony happened fairly quickly and was over in just about 15 minutes. When I looked back into Ann's physical body, there were still heat and physical living life forces left in there, but it was just an empty body with nobody inside!

All of us will be missing Ann’s cheerful and fun loving physical form here in this plane, but for those of you who knew us, we will continue to connect with her spiritually, and thus she will continue to exist and live on with us in our hearts and minds. From the three of us, Dung, Ann and Brenda, and on the behalf of her family, we thanked you for attending Ann’s final departure ceremony today, to say farewell and wish her well on her new beginning to a new life journey in one of the most wonderful and joyful Pure land in the Universe.
