Terry Lee Cornelius

He graduated from West Holmes High School in 1966 and married Charlotte (Smith) Cornelius on February 14, 1968. Terry worked at the Paper Mill for many years before retiring. He was a life member of the NRA; enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing baseball. He was the best father, grandfather, and great-grandfather anyone could ask for. He will be deeply missed by his loving family and friends.

Terry is survived by his wife of 56 years, Charlotte Cornelius; son, Larry (Patty) Cornelius of West Lafayette; three grandchildren, Ashley (Jon) Chychota, Brandon (Amber) Cornelius and James (Kimberly) Buday III; seven great-grandchildren, Trent, Eleanor, Irina, Sutton, Iyla, James IV, and Rosalee; son-in-law, James Buday Jr.; and siblings, John and Pam.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Casey and daughter, Charlene Buday.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, May 6, 2024, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home. Per Terry’s wishes a cremation will follow.
