Janice Ann Slaughter

She graduated from Sacred Heart Catholic High School in 1948 and married Ralph Slaughter on July 28, 1951.

Janice was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, enjoyed going to garage sales, collecting antiques, playing Bingo and spending time with her family. Janice will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her two daughters, Kathy (Rodney) Adams of Fresno and Debi (Rod) Wasinger of Coshocton; three grandsons, Scott (Julie) Adams, Jeff (Mandee) Adams and Chris Wasinger; five great-grandchildren, Jayden, Jamison, Chloee, Jaxson and Jensen; sister, Jane (John) Brehl of Kentucky; niece, Tisha Thompson and her children, Presley and Anna Grace; along with several other nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, Janice is preceded in death by her loving husband Ralph, who passed away on April 16, 2007; her sister, Barbara (James) Baker and her granddaughter, Tammi Jo Adams.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date. Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home is serving the family.
