Edna M Freetage

Edna married Darold Freetage on October 30, 1995 who preceded her in death. She retired from MRDD as a trainer, and formerly attended the Assembly of God in Coshocton. She read her Bible every night, and enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids. Edna was excellent at doing puzzles, and she liked watching Westerns and soap operas on the tv. In her earlier years enjoyed camping, fishing and traveling.

Edna is survived by her children Orlen Robert Harsh of West Lafayette, Harry Eugene Harsh of West Lafayette, Raymond Harsh Clemons of Coshocton, Michael (Shelly) Hatfield of West Lafayette, Terri (Paul) Cerny of Coshocton, and Jody Angel of Springfield; 9 grandchildren who were dearly loved, and several great-grandchildren. Edna is also survived by special friends Deana Cushman, and Pam Addy.

Edna was preceded in death by her parents and loving husband, and brother Eddy Hearn.

Calling hours will be held at Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home on Friday, March 18, 2022 from 9:00 am – 10:00 am. A funeral service will follow at 10:00 am officiated by Evangelist Lloyd Tenney. Burial will take place at Fairfield Cemetery in West Lafayette.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Edna’s name to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or to Shriner’s International, 3850 Stelzer Rd, Columbus, OH 43219-3044.
