Cynthia June Trail

She was born on September 13, 1958 to the late Elder Junior and Advanced Senior Mother Mary (King) Trail. Cynthia was a member of the Supreme Council of the House of Jacob. Her favorite quote was from Supreme Mother B. Judith Hargrove, “LOOK TO GOD AND LIVE.”

Cynthia had a love of music. She enjoyed making cd’s and giving them to her friends and family. She enjoyed reading and playing uno with others.

Cynthia is survived by her three sisters, Mother Kathy (Deacon Stephen) Barnhart of Cincinnati, Elderess Dianna (Presiding Elder Caleb) Wilt of Warfordsburg, PA and Elderess Tabitha (Elder Cornelius) Strait of Needmore, PA as well as 15 nieces and nephews and 14 great nieces and nephews.

Elderess Cindy will truly be missed. She was a joy to be around. We will not forget her but will always keep her memory alive in our hearts. The family wishes to acknowledge, with deep appreciation, all kindness shown in our time of bereavement.

A funeral service will be held at the Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 1pm with Honorary Senior Bishop J. Matthias Pearson officiating with COVID-19 health & safety precautions being observed. Burial will be on Friday, September 18, 2020 at 1pm at the Supreme Council of the House of Jacob Cemetery in Hancock, Maryland with Advanced Presiding Elder Clarence Miller officiating the comital.
