Bryan Brown

On August 21, 1970 Bryan married Brenda Kay Bennett, who survives. Bryan was a member of the Plainfield Masonic Lodge #224. He loved sports, especially Ridgewood sports (baseball, football, and basketball). He also liked the Cleveland Indians and Browns, and watched the Browns every Sunday. Bryan had lots of energy and always stayed busy, and enjoyed tinkering around and taking care of his lawn. He was always right, always took great care of his children and grandchildren, and always helped anyone who needed it.

Bryan is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Brenda, his children Jon Brown (Rachel Miller), Francie Brown, and Vincent Brown. He is also survived by his siblings Kathy Price and Patty Boyd (Danny Durben). Bryan is also survived by 7 grandchildren, Joseph (Tori) Holmes, Dylan Brown (Brittany Bradford), Tre Brown, Bethany Shuck, Benny Shuck, Paige Miller, and Leigha Miller. He is also survived by one great-grandchild Carter Holmes.

Bryan was preceded in death by his parents Howard and Pearl Brown, his father-in-law and mother-in-law John and Pauline Bennett, his son Jamie Brown, sister-in-law Sheila Fuson, and 6 siblings.

Calling hours will be held at Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home on Sunday, May 14, 2023 from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm with a Masonic service at 5:45 pm, and on Monday, May 15, 2023 from 10:30 am -11:00 am. A funeral service will take place at 11:00 am with Pastor Dan Eggan officiating. Burial will follow at Fairfield Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bryan’s name to the Ridgewood Block R Fund, 602 Johnson St., West Lafayette, Ohio 43845.
