Virginia Claire De Silva

Virginia Claire de Silva, age 95, of Corpus Christi passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2016. She was born in Williamstown, PA on December 12, 1921. She was married to the late John Douglas de Silva on May 30, 1946. Virginia worked for 25 years as a Secretary at First Presbyterian Church. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and had a passion for Volunteering and crossword puzzles.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John; sons, Jon and Alan de Silva.

She is survived by her daughter, Jan Gordon; grandchildren, Ryan Miller and Sara de Silva; great-grandchild, Katie Marie Miller; niece Gwen Syzdek and her husband Brian; two great-nephews, Matthew and Stephen Syzdek.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 20, 2017 at First Presbyterian Church Chapel.
