Tommye is preceded in death by her husband, Travis Burt; sister, Geneva Miller; brothers, Sam Goostree, Leon Bibb and Flynn Bibb.
She leaves her family behind to cherish her memories, her sons, Sam Burt (Liz) of San Antonio, Texas, Thomas Burt (partner Christopher White) of Dallas, Texas; daughter, Diane Foutch (Tom) of Corpus Christi; two granddaughters, Nicole Cain and Julie Green and two great grandchildren, Travis Burt and Katy Burt.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 5, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with services to follow at 11:30 a.m. Interment will be held at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Angel Bright Hospice 3213 Holly Rd, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415 in memory of Tommye Burt.
