Sam N. Tyler Jr.

Texas for the last three and a half years.

After serving his country In the U.S. Army, he came home and worked for Texas Lehigh for over 40 years.

Sam is preceded in death by his parents; 5 brothers and 1 sister.

He is survived by his wife, Maxine; two sons, Sam T. Tyler (Rhonda) and Kenneth K. Tyler (Hope); four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and his favorite sister-in-law, Nancy Rumfield.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with family to receive friends at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 24, 2014 at Cage Mills Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 25, 2014, at Cage Mills Funeral Directors. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park with military honors.
