Ruth Irene Bebee Moore

Ruth Irene (Bebee) Moore went to be with the Lord, 1 May 2010 at the age of 86. She was born to Hazel and Roy Bebee on September 10, 1923 in Garber, Oklahoma. She was married to her husband Marvin of 56 years. A job transfer in 1957 brought them to Corpus Christi where they lived until they moved to Portland in 1963. She enjoyed caring for her family, church activities, playing the piano and reading. She was a life long member of the Assemblies of God church.

Her son, Jim Moore, precedes her in death.

Ruth is survived and will be greatly missed by her devoted husband Marvin Moore, her daughters Linda Moore of Corpus Christi, Cheryl (Ed) Butler of Houston, Mary (Jorge) Font of Sugar Land, five grandchildren Lauren Butler of Waco, Jenny Butler, Ben Butler, Michael Font, Stephen Font and dear sister Betty Ann (Charles) Rury of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

A special thank you to the many friends, family and caregivers at Holmgreen Assisted Living Center/Trinity Towers where she resided the past two years.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday May 8, 2010 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. following visitation. Graveside service will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
