He is survived by his wife, Sylvia Santos; children, Rene (Mary) Santos, Avi (Raul) Calderon, Roxanna (Donnie) Freeman, Robert Santos, Vanda Larkin; 13 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; sisters, Mary Osborne, Rocky Garcia (†Moses), Rosie Santos, Becky Santos (Richard); and brothers, Rudy Santos (†Bertha), Robert Santos (Gloria), and Ray Santos (Paula). Also surviving him are numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will begin on Wednesday, May 26, 2010, from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 8200 Old Brownsville Rd. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening . A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 27, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
