Our Deepest Condolences to our our Mom's (Hortencia Garza)  Best friend and to our family she was  (Aunt Bertha) (Lil Bertha). She will be sadly missed by us all and always Loved.  Some of us have known her since birth and others for many, many years. Our Family grew up with her children Nicko and Evirina , well that's how we have known them.  There are so many memories and can not fit into small paragraphs. She was an amazing, loving and caring person.  The most recent time we saw and spent time with her, I personally Gogi, asked her to make me Tortillas, don't get me wrong my Mom makes great tortillas and my Dad, I just missed hers.  She didn't hesitate and made them with no complaint. She could be a very blunt and straight forward woman, but her heart was always so big and caring. She treated us like her own kid's. She was able to meet some of our children when first born and other's later in life.  I remember when she would come over and drink coffee with my Mom, I would complain to myself, as I would prepare their cups of coffee, but the memory will never be known as a complaint. There is so much to say and millions of memories to express. You will be forever in our hearts, our memories and our prayers Aunt Bertha, May you rest in peace and be with our Savior. We love you and Mom will miss you most of all, as she said, no more Berthitta!!  God Bless the Family and Loved one's. Prayers, Always.   Hortencia (Tencha) Garza and Family.

I will forever remember the loving home “Tia Berta” and Tio Tomas lived in, with their little dog. Many holidays, special memories and love were shared in those walls. My prayer is that everyone who knew you is wrapped in love and showered with support during this transition. Until we meet again. ❤️

What a precious family you all are to have "Grandma" come stay with you at your home for so many years.  Then at the right time you all found a place near your home for her to live "at a special place" and be safe for everyone.  Norberta is a beautiful lady with a beautiful family.  She is in the arms of Jesus now and enjoying heaven with her Tomas.   Praise God for healing bodies in heaven.
