Nathaniel Jose Pereida

Nathaniel Jose Pereida, age 9, of Robstown, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2023, after a courageous battle with complex medical conditions. He was born on January 9, 2014, to parents Jose Pereida and Vicky Puente.

Nathaniel was known for his beautiful smile, contagious laugh, and loving eyes. He loved to watch his favorite shows Hotel Transylvania, Wheel of Fortune, and Cocomelon on his iPad and TV simultaneously. Nathaniel also enjoyed spending time with his loving family, home health nurses, and of course his K-9 nurse Georgina.

Nathaniel is survived by his loving parents Jose Pereida and Vicky Puente and his most caring brother, Nicholas. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents Ysidro and Janie Puente, paternal grandparents Joe and Elva Pereida, aunts Lydia Hinojosa, Norma Puente, Christina Garcia (Arnulfo), Stefanie Lockhart (Michael) and cousins Marco Messina, Mia Garcia, Zane Garcia, Ayden Lockhart, and Conner Lockhart.

Visitation will be held from 5 PM until 9 PM on Sunday, October 29, 2023, at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7 PM that same night. A Celebration of Life will be held at 10 AM on Monday, October 30, 2023, at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with Father Pete Elizardo, Jr. Interment will follow at Memorial Park in Robstown, Texas.
