Maximo Y. Garcia Jr.

Maximo graduated from Sinton High School. He was married to Bertha Garcia on February 14, 2010. He worked as a truck driver for Airgas and then Fedex.

He had a passion for drawing, painting, airbrushing and music.

He was preceded in death by his father, Maximo Garcia Sr.; his mother, Mary Figueroa and his stepfather, Jose Figueroa.

He is survived by his wife, Bertha Garcia; his children, Desiree Garcia (Luis Parra), Esmeralda Garcia (Marco Duque), Sarah Garcia, and Maximo Garcia III.

His stepchildren, Saul Martinez Jr. (Karin Martinez) and Raul Martinez (Ashley Gutierrez). His step-grandchildren, Saul Martinez III, Ivan Martinez, and Raiden Martinez.

He will be lovingly missed by his siblings, Alma Hernandez (Raul Hernandez) and Nikolas Garcia; his nieces and their children, Christina Gonzalez (Elijah, Jeremiah, Josiah), Cassandra Hernandez (Michael, Jessie) Clarissa Hernandez (Ayden, Mila).

Visitation will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. Funeral Service will be held at Memory Gardens on Thursday, February 24, 2022 with burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
