She was born in Corpus Christi on November 11, 1939.
Her academic pathway took her to Incarnate Word Academy. From there, she found her faith at Most Pressious Blood Church and was devoted to God. She was very strong in her prayer life which led to many others receiving her authentic prayers that provided comfort.
Outside of church, she found joy in gardening and had a deep love for animals. Mary Ann had that special touch with planting and taking care of gardens. The love for animals was seen in many family members pets and how they took to her in comfort and love.
Family members would gather around and play Mexican Bingo with Mary Ann during holidays. This was a special event for Mary Ann, and this tradition will continue on for many more years in memory of her. During Mary Ann’s alone time, she would watch Hallmark Christmas Movies that brought her peace.
