Maria Gonzalez Miranda passed away peacefully on July 5, 2018. Born September 1, 1914 in Edroy, TX to Valentin and Guadalupe Gonzalez. Married to Tiburcio Miranda for over 60 years, she was a loving, caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother. She gave her life to the Lord at a very young age and dedicated the rest of her life to serve and help family and friends. She dedicated an hour every day to prayer and praise asking God to bless and protect her loved ones naming each one by name. You never left her house without a kiss and a blessing.
Maria was a member of Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church for 65 years where she made the most delicious tamales and beautiful quilts in company of all her beloved spiritual sisters.
Survived by her, daughters, Lydia Adame, Connie Gutierrez, Maria Dominguez and Rosario (Juan) Zavala; son, Enrique Miranda and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her first husband Ventura Lopez; second husband, Tiburcio Miranda; son, Ventura Lopez Jr.; and daughters, Amelia Rodriguez, Beatrice Gonzales and Petra Balboa.

Visitation will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Sunday, July 8, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service to be held at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
Funeral Service will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. with Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
