Maria Ofelia graduated from Harlingen High School and married Ernesto Guerrero, Jr. They were married for 70 years and both were active members of Holy Family Church.
Maria Ofelia is survived by her husband, Ernesto; daughter, Esther Lily Jones (David) of Corpus Christi, and son, Ernesto H. Guerrero (Nora) of Orange Grove; grandchildren, Jasonn Jayy Rodriguez (Liza), Justinn-Jake Jones, Marissa Longoria (William), Ernie Guerrero, Sugar DeLaPaz (Javier), and Adam Guerrero; and six great-grandchildren, Jeremiah David, Jilliana, William, Zoe Rose, Taylor and Dakota.
Services are pending. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Leukemia Foundation or dementia research.
