Marcela Gutierrez entered into heaven on March 15, 2011.She was 78 years old. Marcela had such a special love for all her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 25 years Marin Gutierrez and a son Pedro Gutierrez.
She is survived by her sisters; Santos Medina, Maria (Isreal) Quintanilla of Corpus Christi, Tx., Adelina Hernandez of Elsa, Tx. and one uncle, Crispin Garcia; sons, Frank and Juan Hinojosa; daughters, Mona Gutierrez, Janie (Augustine) Gonzales and Norma (David) Robles all of Corpus Christi, Tx.; 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M until 9:00 P.M. Friday, March 18, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel, 549 Cheyenne with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. that same evening. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Our Lady of Pilar Catholic Church with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
