He was preceded in death by his wife, Maria H. Martinez; sons, Luciano Martinez, Jr., and Humberto Martinez.
Luciano is survived by seven sons, Gustavo (Carmen), Raul, Pedro, Joe Luis, Fernando (Tammy), Daniel, Marcus (Marilya); six daughters, Yolanda (Fredis), Palmira (Celio), Kimberly (Saul), Roxanne (Mark), Minerva (Henry), and Maria (Alberto). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Public visitation will be on from 3:00 to 9:00 pm on Monday, January 23, 2012 at Funeraria del Angel-Memorial Holly Chapel with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm that evening. Rites of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
