There are no words to describe how deeply saddened I am that JP is no longer with us and that today we have a final formal celebration of his time here with us all. His zest for life, love and friendship was second to none. No matter the circumstance, he always knew how to make anyone smile through any storm they may have been going through. His laugh was contagious, his jokes were constant, and his heart was one of the best I've ever known. I will remember the good times and the priceless memories I had with him over what seems like my whole life.  J, you will be missed more than you know. I hope peace has found you on your next journey. 

My nephew was an amazing young man .I fell in love with the moment I saw him. I remember when he was little he's favorite words were oh oh Spaghettios don't know because his momma taught hi those words but he used them alot. He was always ready with a smile for you and the biggest hugs in the world. I never saw him without a smile on his and the words I Love You were the last words he'd say when we say goodbye.We had such an amazing day last Friday during our lunch with our Tio Ricardo our World War II Veteran. I will always miss my nephew but I know he's at peace now no more hurting and he will always keep an eye out for us I love you JP Forever And A DAY AUNT LALY

JP was one of a kind,he was a  part time comic and a full time friend.Glad we stayed in touch throughout the years.Im definitely  going to miss you.I pray for your families comfort and send Condolences to the Pena family and friends  during this difficult time.For you and you only I’m saying Go Redskins!!!Rest in Heaven J Pizzle

JP will always be remembered for his love of life and they way he could make anyone smile and laugh. I was lucky enough to know him and see the kind of man he was. He made my best friend and her kids so happy. Their connection was something to be admired. I’m so glad he was part of their lives. My condolences to his family and close friends. 

I have so many amazing memories with you... my heart aches for your family. You will live forever in my heart. You will always be my muffin and I’m so glad we got to spend the last few weeks together. I will cherish every conversation we had. I love you forever and a day and I can’t wait to see you again my love.

JP will always be remembered for his funny, caring, loving personality. He always made it a point to make us laugh no matter what he was going through. We had the opportunity to go to his favourite team's game in DC this past October. He had a blast and was in heaven there and enjoyed ever minute. I'll never forget the look on his face and how excited he was to be there. Redskins did lose but it didn't matter he was still having a blast. Im going to miss our times together, our daily talks and our convos about life. I love you JP and my prayers and condolences to your family and all our friends during this hard time. May God bless you all and watch over our angel in heaven. I'll count the days till we see each other again. 💜

Siento mucho la perdida de su ser querido, y aunque se bien que la muerte  sucede dia a dia, jamas estamos preparado para ello. Pero, hay una bella esperanza que nos trae cierto nivel de paz. Por tal razon, queria compartir con usted algunas palabras de consuelo que le ayudaran en estos momentos dificiles, tal como me ayudaron a mi. Estas palabras se encuentran en la Biblia:
Apocalipsis (Revelacion) 21:3, 4 - “Con eso, oi una voz fuerte desde el trono decir: “¡Mira! La tienda de Dios esta con la humanidad, y el residira con ellos, y ellos seran sus pueblos. Y Dios mismo estara con ellos. Y limpiara toda lagrima de sus ojos, y la muerte no sera mas, ni existira ya mas lamento ni clamor ni dolor. Las cosas anteriores han pasado”. Solo podemos imaginar la alegria de volver abrazar a nuestro ser querido que ha fallecido. Que esta   promesa les de la fortaleza que tanto necesitan.
