Josefa P. Ramirez

Josefa P. Ramirez January 19, 1938- January 18, 2015 Josefa Ramirez went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 18, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Salvador and Josefa Pantoja; six brothers and sisters; two sons (twins, Moises and Rogelio). She is survived by her husband, Laurentino R. Ramirez, six children, 38 grandchildren, 57 great-grandchildren, one great- grandchild, and five siblings. Although mom worked during various times in her life, she was primarily a homemaker. She was a devoted wife and loving mother who managed to keep a lid on the chaos that the Ramirez household created on a daily basis. She was a strong woman who loved and cherished her family above all else. We will miss her smile, her voice, her feistiness, and her cooking. Mostly, we will miss conversations with her and her presence here with us. We love you mom. Thanks for everything you did for us. Family will be receiving friends from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Funeraria del Angel-549 Cheyenne with a rosary at 7:00 pm that same evening. A Chapel Service will be celebrated at 10:00 am at Funeraria del Angel Chapel on Friday, January 23, 2014 with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
