Johnny V. Villarreal

Johnny married Guadalupe Villarreal on March 2, 1971. Johnny started working at the Corpus Christi Country Club when he was 15 years old in 1969. He worked for the Corpus Christi Country Club as a Pantry Chef and retired in May 03, 2023.

He was a member of Bridgeway Church. Johnny loved his family, classic cars and fruit carving.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Emilio and Petra Villarreal; his brother Emilio Villarreal, Ignacio Villarreal, Mary Villarreal and Norma Villarreal.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Guadalupe Villarreal; children, John, Joey and Alexis Villarreal; grandchildren, John, Johnny Joe, Adelina, Amaro; great-grandchildren, Jo’Ziaah, Jo’Vonnie and Jo’Azriel Villarreal; his brothers, Celso (Rosie) Villarreal and Joe (Norma) Villarreal.

Visitation will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Monday, May 15, 2023 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 10:00 AM with burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
