John Rivera

John Rivera passed away on March 29, 2012 at the age of 40. He was born on July 2, 1971 to Armando and Rose Rivera in Corpus Christi, Texas. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Juaquin and Rebecca Sanchez, paternal grandfather Juan C. Rivera and a very special aunt, Gloria Trevino. John is survived by his high school sweetheart and loving wife of 15 years, Letty Rivera; one son, Armando Ismael Rivera; his parents, Armando and Rose Rivera; one brother, David Juaquin Rivera (Bernadette Saria), two nephews he considered his own, Tomas and Itzak Hinojosa. He also leaves behind nephews and nieces who he loved dearly, a special uncle Ruben "Pito" Sanchez, Paternal grandmother, Dominga Rivera; aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and a host of friends. Visitation will be held Sunday, April 1, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. All family and friends are welcomed at Funeraria del Angel Chapel with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 5:30 p.m. that same evening.
