Jennifer Hawn Caldwell

Jenni was born on May 9, 1956 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Gippie “Tiny” Hawn and George Hawn. She graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio. She grew up in Port Aransas and was a lifetime resident of Corpus Christi, she gave back to her community through involvement in several charitable organizations such as the USO, Women's Shelter, Women's and Men's Health Services, and several animal shelters, including the Gulf Coast Humane Society. Jenni loved her cats, gardening, and cooking for others. She also delighted in good jokes and had an irresistible smile.

The family wishes to acknowledge and give special thanks to Dr. Mark Dodson, M.D., Ernest Ramirez, Chris Herrera, Stephen Farrell, M.S. and Rosa Jackson as well as to the nurses with Kindred Hospice and the caretakers from Home Instead.

Jenni is preceded in death recently by her mother Tiny. She is survived by her father, George Hawn and siblings George S. Hawn, Jr. (Helen), Christina Hawn, Patricia Hawn Wallace (Ben) as well as numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

The family will hold private services at a later date.
