She was preceded in death by her parents, Teodoro Garcia and Emina Garcia.
Survived by her younger siblings, Ted Garcis and Melba Pollock; sons, Carlos, (Gracie) Cantu, Robert (Irma) Cantu, and Daughter, GZL, Cantu.
Frances is also survived by grandchildren, Isaac Cantu, R. David Castillo, Gracie Ann (Chris) Reed, Daniel (Morgan) Castillo and her great-grandchildren, Lucas and Lydia Castillo, Grayson, and Genevieve Cantu.
Frances is a longtime resident of South Texas. She worked for a local convenience retail store, (Maverick Markets) for over 30
years until her retirement.
