Filiberto Martinez

Filiberto Martinez age 67, passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 with his loving family by his side. He was born on September 1, 1943. Filiberto was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and uncle who will be missed by all. He was also a disabled Air Force Veteran.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Antonia and Aurelio Martinez, and siblings Joe Martinez and Paula Martinez.

He leaves behind his family to cherish his memories, his loving wife of 46 years, Gloria Martinez; daughter, Diana Saenz; sons, Robert J. Martinez, Michael J. Martinez; nine grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters, Janie Barrera, Gloria Garcia, Guadalupe Guzman, Yolanda Tubbs, Susie Montelongo and brother, Gregorio Martinez; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 12, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.

Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 13, 2010 at Ss. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
