Our hearts go out to the Lopez family. Felix was high spirited all the time and will be missed. It's never easy saying good bye  like this. Lyle and I will some day rejoin you in heaven and laugh together like we would when we would sit down and have lunch. We sincerely regret not being able to attend make it to CC.

Felix,It is always said that the good die young, but with you it was more like the great die young! Debbie and I will miss your smile, your love of life, and your hospiable nature either on the boat or at Port Isabel. Thank you Felix for sharing your life with us. Feliz's smile and laugh was contagious.  His love for life was infectious. He was sweet, kind and giving - and who we could always go to if we needed to know the score of a game! 

We are proud to have been able to call him a good friend.  He will be greatly missed.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Felix's family during this most difficult time. That infectious smile of his will be sorely missed, especially when I would see him and Gary in the stands of our SPI annual fishing tournament, TIFT, and again, at the bowling lanes in McAllen. Rest in peace my good friend.

It's so hard to think of what to say in these times of grief. My heart goes out to you Gary, and the Lopez family. My memories of Felix will always be of his big smile and hearty laugh. He always had such a good outlook on life, and for most people. I seldom heard him say anything unkind about someone except in jest. Felix was a kind man, and he will always be felt in my heart with fondness, and the love of a family member. It will be hard for you during this time Gary, after all the time you two had together, but remember that I'm always only a phonecall away and will be there for you anytime. I love you both very much.
