Elisha Peter “Eli” “Woodpecker” Mason was called home to be with the Lord and his heavenly kingdom on Wednesday, September 2, 2020. He was born June 10, 1951 to Elisha Peter Mason Sr. and Dera Lee Mason. He grew up in what many refer to as “New Addition Texas” on Rogers Street. Eli attended Moody High School, and played football. After the graduation year 1969, he began his career at Thomas Spann Clinic as a Radiology Technician. He decided to go into business by himself and began employment as a self-employed Maintenance Worker and Landscaper.
A graveside service will be held Friday, September 11, 2020 at 3:00 pm at Memory Gardens Funeral Home. The family wishes to thank all who have offered their prayers and support.
