Eliseo graduated from H.M. King High School, Kingsville, and received his Bachelor’s degree from Corpus Christi State University. He worked in Civil Service at Corpus Christi Army Depot and as an Adjunct Professor at Del Mar College. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Corpus Christi.
He is survived by his spouse, Maria Ignacia Garcia, whom he married on April 2, 1983.
His children are Dr. Steven Garcia, Elena (Zachary) Lopez, Christina Garcia, and Victor Garcia. He has four grandchildren, Ana Gabriela, Leonardo, Jaxson, and Jordyn, and one great-grandchild, Rafael.
He is also survived by his sister Elida Quintanilla and her husband Ruben Quintanilla.
Viewing will be held from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 19, 2023 at Funeraria Del Angel, 4901 Everhart Rd. Corpus Christi, Texas 78411, with Rosary & Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 3350 S. Alameda Corpus Christi, Texas 78411. Interment to follow at 11:30 a.m. at Seaside Memorial Park
