Dora Santana Dwyer

Dora "Dee Dee" Santana Dwyer, 83, passed away on October 2, 2024, in Corpus Christi, Texas. Born on December 27, 1940, Dee Dee was a loving, vibrant, and joyful presence in the lives of all who knew her.

She graduated from Miller High School, before embarking on a life full of love, laughter, and service. Dee Dee dedicated over 20 years of her life to Spohn Hospital. She was an active and cherished member of her community, particularly within the Catholic church.

Dee Dee was the epitome of a social butterfly. She was an avid shopper, an enthusiastic gambler, and an expert at organizing parties that brought joy to many.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 24 years, Paul H. Dwyer. Dee Dee's legacy lives on through her many loving family members and friends who already miss her greatly.

A rosary will be held at Most Precious Blood Church on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held at Most Precious Blood Church on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 1:30 pm. A graveside service will take place at Memory Gardens Cemetery, immediately following the mass. A reception will be held at Most Precious Blood Church following the graveside service.
