Crystal Rose Velasquez Cantu

Crystal Rose Cantu, 31, passed away on October 3, 2010 surrounded by her family. She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas. Crystal is preceded in death by her father Antonio Macias; grandparents, Juan C. and Catarina Velasquez; Rosa E. Macias and Julian Macias.

Crystal worked for Cash and Go as the area manager.

Crystal is survived by her children, Anthony and Adam Cantu, Cristian and Julian Arroyo; mother Cirilda Basaldu; brothers and sisters: David, Danny, Louie Basaldu, Marcos (Maggie) Macias, and Tony (Nancy) Macias; sisters, Leticia Trevino, and Patricia Macias; friends Michelle, April, and Linda.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday, October 8, 2010 at the Corpus Christi Cathedral with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 9, 2010 at the Corpus Christi Cathedral. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted at Funeraria del Angel, 549 Cheyenne, Corpus Christi, Texas.
