My Mom since living in Corpus Christi has been a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church and was its longtime Church Secretary and Sunday school teacher there. On the front of the Church in memory of my Dad is the words “Child of Christ Come Home”. She HAS COME HOME. Thanks to the many members of St. Mark’s, the residents of Harbor Place and her adoptive daughter, Becky Evans who were there her last days. LOVE YOU, MOM

She is survived by her son, Timothy Jay, one granddaughter, Katherine, one sister, Mickey and one great-grandchild, Liam. She is preceded in death by her father, Mike, her mother, Roxie and her sister, Dora Dorothy.

Visitation will be on Friday, January 2, 2015 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Visitation will continue at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 4620 S. Alameda, Corpus Christi, Texas with Reverend Patsy Koeneke officiating on January 3, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. with funeral service to be held at 11:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
