Cecilia was born one of 9 children on April 12, 1956, in Mission, Texas. She later married the love of her life and best friend, Roberto Pacheco, on September 23,1972.
Cecilia is preceded in death by her parents Glafido Jimenez and Alicia Duenes Jimenez, her brothers Glafido Jimenez Jr. and Richard D Jimenez, and her 2 sisters Cynthia Mondragon, and Raquel Murray.
She is survived by her devoted husband Roberto Pacheco of 50 years, her 4 Daughters Kathy Ramirez, Kristie Pacheco, Krystal (Craig) Baxter, Kandice (Andrew) Garza, 12 Grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 3 brothers, 1 sister, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Through her faith in God, Cecilia was able to defy the odds on several occasions. Family and friends were her everything. She was known to have never met a stranger, was incredibly generous, loved unconditionally, and had a marriage that most can only dream of. She and Robert were inseparable and an example of God’s faithful love through marriage. Cecilia made it a priority to spend quality time with each of her daughters and loved to spoil her grandkids. She had a passion for crafting, traveling, gardening, dancing, gambling, and just living her best life! She was the best wife, mom, granny, sister, aunt, and friend. She was truly one of a kind and will be missed beyond measure. She was a fighter until the end and has the victory now. We are blessed to have gotten to call her ours.
