Carlos Martinez

Carlos Martinez passed away March 28, 2018. He was 61. He was born May 8, 1956 in Sodville, Texas to Bertha Reyes Martinez. He was raised in Corpus Christi, Texas and graduated from Tuloso-Midway High School. He was a loving husband, father, son, and brother. Carlos enjoyed working in his garden with his dog, Duke, by his side. He will be remembered for his love of laughter, quiet nature and his devotion to his family.

Carlos was preceded in death by his loving mother, Bertha Solis Martinez and his nephew, Michael Gutierrez. He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Zoyla Martinez; father, Reyes Martinez; sons Gabriel and Jose; sisters, Socorro, Juana, Elena & Estela; brothers, Arturo, Eddie & Richard and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. Wednesday, April 4, 2018 with Rosary recited at 6:30 p.m. at Funeraria del Angel Memorial Holly. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 6, 2018 at Funeraria del Angel Memorial Holly. Interment will be private.
