Carlos was a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the Houston Astros. He never missed a televised game. He loved playing the accordion and even created a few songs. He could make anyone laugh and his humor and sarcasm were forces to be dealt with. He will be missed dearly.
He was a loving father, stepfather, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. His decency, sincerity, and kindness will stay with us forever. So, through our tears, let us see the blessings of knowing and loving him. He was a great and noble man, and the best father a son or daughter could ever have.
He is preceded in death by two previous wives, Natalia Lerma and Belia Lerma, his parents, Jose and Luisa Lerma, and stepson, Domingo Luera.
He is survived by his children, Carlos Lerma Jr. and Natalie (Domingo) Mejia Leon.
