Oh Brennley. So young and yet you are the only person I have ever met who could give me a good stare down.  Those intense stares will be forever remembered but the follow up smiles you gave me afterwards will be what’s remembered the most. Those smiles screamed just kidding Auntie Shell  I do love you.   Auntie Shell loves you bunches Brennley and you most definitely will be missed but never forgotten. 

Brennley had a grandma who retired early because she was so excited to help raise her granddaughter. She had older brothers, Greyson and Jackson, whose goofy presence lit up her face and who were constantly asking to take photos with her. She was the boys personal little cheerleader for all their ball games. She had cousins she loved to either pick on or play with, depending on her level of sass that day. She had aunts, uncles, and friends of family whose hearts filled with love at the sight of her. She had an entire family that jumped and danced with joy when we found out a daughter was finally being added to the Abbott family. We loved her before we ever met her and that love only continued to grow more and more each day after she arrived. She had long, intense stares to remind you that she was she was in charge. She had a loud yell to remind you that although she was small she was going to fill a room. She was talkative and happy and absolutely adorable. She had rolls and chunky cheeks and a big smile. She went to zoos and Schlitterbahn and parks and the valley and other parts of Texas. She practically went to Argentina via FaceTime. She was always wearing giant bows which is fitting because she truly was a gift in our lives. 
Best of all, Brennley had parents who loved her every minute of every day with every fiber of their being. She had a dad who didn’t take a day off just because he had a day off. A father who didn’t need to be asked to change a diaper or make a bottle or make her laugh. He knew she was a princess and treated her like one always. Brennley had a mother who waited and begged and hoped to have a little girl. A mother who spent so much time hand picking all the right custom decorations and toys to get her princess’ room just right. A mother who was prepared to teach her daughter how to be just as kind, loving,  generous, and clever.
Brennley had so much love sent her way and it continues to surround her today.
