Blanca Nieves Vasquez

Blanca was born on January 24, 1958 to Juan Vasquez and Estanislada Rosales in Rural, TX.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Juan Vasquez, Estanislada Rosalez, brother Jesus Vasquez, and her grandson Jacob Reyes.

She is survived by her children, Juan F. Mena and Cindy Mena (daughter-in-law), Valente Mena, Hisidro Mena, Jose L. Mena and Dotsi Mena (daughter-in-law), Ilaria Reyes and Carlos Reyes (son-in-law), Concepcion Hass and Scott Hass (son-in-law), Rene Segovia Jr., Jesus Yanes and Leidy Yanes (daughter-in-law), Keith Brice, her 21 grandchildren with one on the way, her sisters Juanita Martinez, Maria Vasquez, nephews, nieces and life-long friends.

She absolutely loved to spend time with her family and friends. She lived life her way, and wore her heart on her sleeve. She will always be in our hearts.

A celebration of life is planned on Monday, January 24, 2022 at Memory Gardens, 8200 Old Brownsville Rd. from 8:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. beginning with a family prayer and special memories starting at 9:00 a.m.
