

Anna “Nana” Marilyn Robinson was born in Bryan, Texas, May 4,1938, to the parentage of Harvey Slyvester Lewis, Sr., and Dorothy Muton. She attended Kemp High School and later went to Compton College in Compton, California. Later she moved to Corpus Christi, Texas where she was married to Fletcher Robinson Jr. She was a longtime employee of CCISD Food Services and later became a proof-reader for Corpus Christi Caller-Times. She enjoyed making frozen cups for all the children in Northside. She also loved music, cooking, puzzle-books, dancing, and staying late nights on the porch until the sun came up. You would find her laughing very loudly. She was just full of joy and happiness, and would open her door for anyone.
She is preceded in death by both parents, Harvey S. Lewis Sr. and Dorothy Muton, two brothers Harvey S. Lewis, Jr. and Reginald Lewis, and one son, Fletcher James Robinson, Jr.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories: One daughter, Adrienne (Craig) Jones, Dallas, TX, son, Everitt Charles (Aundreia) Robinson of Richmond, TX. Grandchildren, Adrienne’ children, Natasha Parker(Lincoln), Fallon (Myron) Hawthorne, Cody Lewis, Candis Lewis, Darren Guy, Chantel Guy, Brittany Guy, Amanda Williams, Everitt Charles’ children, Kamisha (Chris, Jr.) Goss, Destiny (Shah) Morris, Logan Stewart, Reagan Stewart, Evrin Robinson, Jah’anna Robinson, Shaun Robinson, Ezaundreia Robinson. Fifteen great grandchildren, surviving siblings, Jacqueline (Eric) Brown, Warren Lewis, Austin, TX, Joey Green, Lori Green, Michael Green, Rena Green, all of Compton, California, one special nephew, Kevin Lewis of Minnesota, one special sister-in-law, Cindy Lewis of Compton, California, five special friends, Shirley Moore, Jean Francis Simmons, Ella Mae Leisure; Rose Bussey, and Annie Mae Perryman.
