Alma R Moreno

Alma R. Moreno passed away peacefully on March 23, 2023 at the age of 82. She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on July 25, 1940 to Ascension & Guadalupe Rincon. Alma lived a long fulfilling life, 54 years of which she shared with her late husband Andres Moreno.

Alma was loved by many and adored by her family. Alma will be remembered for her kindness, her genuine heart, beautiful gracious smile and her love for her family. She enjoyed watching her favorite novellas, eating pan dulce and spending time making memories with family. Her memory will be treasured forever and remembered always.

Alma’s passing has left a deep void in our lives, we find comfort in knowing that she has entered eternal peace, reunited with loved ones who have gone before her. Alma is preceded in eternal rest by her husband, Andres Moreno; her parents, Ascension & Guadalupe Rincon; brothers, Eliazar Rincon, Ascension Rincon Jr; sister, Evangelina Plazola; and sons, Francisco Moreno and Andres Moreno Jr.

Left to cherish her beautiful memory – her children Yolanda Gutierrez (Mike), Alma & Cesario Ledesma, Senaida Jimenez, Bertha Moreno (Johnny), Juanita Moreno (Guadalupe), Evangelina & Cruz Morin. Along with 22 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

Pallbearers are; Gilbert Bustamante, Cruz Morin Jr, Gabriel Padron, Robert Gutierrez III, Juan Manuel Hernandez Jr and Francisco Moreno Jr.

The family would also like to thank Harbor Hospice, Veronica (RN) and Paula (CNA) for all the love and patience they shared with the whole family while caring for our dear mother.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 from 5:00pm to 10:00pm with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7pm at Funeraria Del Angel Cheyenne, 549 Cheyenne St. Corpus Christi, TX 78405.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 1:00pm at Funeraria Del Angel Cheyenne, 549 Cheyenne St. Corpus Christi, TX 78405. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
