She was born in Cuero, Texas on October 22, 1929.
Ms. Bell graduated from Daule High School in Cuero, Texas and also attended and graduated from Hicks Beauty School in San Antonio, Texas, she worked and had a career as a beautician for over 45 years and was well known throughout the community. She had a passion for her family and loved ones along with gardening and traveling.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Steve, her siblings, Eleanor and Albert and great great grandson Jr.
She is survived by her son Kenneth Taylor (Rose), grandchildren; Starlett “Rena” Moed (Charles), Tamika Johnson (Joe), Adriane “Rochele” Taylor (Joe), Kennett “Lynn” Taylor & Myisha Hyder;
17 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; Her siblings: Emma Lewis; Annie Laura Terrell; Lillian Young.
Memorial Service will be on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at Brooks Chapel AME, located at 2101 N. Port Ave., Corpus Christi, Texas, 78401.
Services are entrusted to Funeraria Del Angel Everhart, 4901 Everhart Road, Corpus Christi, TX 78411.
