On April 30, 2017, Abel Rodriguez passed away, surrounded by family. He was 36 years old. Abel was born to Irma Rodriguez on June 8, 1980 in Corpus Christi, TX. He was preceded in death by his son, Kain Nicholas Rodriguez and father, Merced Rodriguez. Abel is survived by his wife, Jennifer S. Swanson, step-daughter, Kaitlyn Swanson, mother, Irma Rodriguez, brothers, Adam, Julian, Rosendo and Benjamin; sisters, Laura and Irene; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. A Funeral Service will be held at Cage-Mills Funeral Directors Chapel at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 3, 2017 with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
